We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique located in London's luxury shopping district.

Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked among the top brands globally, with a significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of 10 staff
• Managing CRM processes, events, and clientelling
• Driving sales and customer engagement in the luxury retail environment

Candidate Profile:

• Skilled in luxury retail sales management
• Trend-aware with a proven track record in people development, team motivation, and fostering a positive performance culture

Compensation:

Basic salary between £50,000 - £55,000, with uncapped commission. OTE based on current store performance is approximately £65,000 - £70,000.
