Austen & Blake, part of Neve Jewels Group, is seeking a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our showroom team in the UK. You will guide clients through personalised bespoke design journeys, delivering a premium experience from first welcome to post-sale support.

With 1–2 years in luxury retail, you will excel in consultative selling, have strong communication, and be eager to learn about our collections and craftsmanship while travelling to support regional stores during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in premium or luxury retail with a proven sales track record.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling phone, video, and face-to-face consultations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and bespoke design discussions.
• Deliver seamless luxury customer experiences from welcome to post-sale.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across collections and craftsmanship.
• Use CRM and internal systems to manage enquiries and orders.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and showroom standards.
