Austen & Blake, part of Neve Jewels Group, seeks a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant for our Norwich boutique. You will deliver a bespoke design journey and an exceptional client experience, guiding customers from welcome through post-sale with refined service and product knowledge.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in premium retail, luxury product training, and strong communication. Willingness to travel within the region and weekend availability is essential to support store coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in premium/luxury retail with a strong sales record.
• GIA/JAA luxury product training or gemology knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other stores; weekend availability essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and guide bespoke design journeys.
• Deliver a seamless luxury experience from welcome to post-sale.
• Maintain product knowledge and educate clients on collections.
• Collaborate with showroom teams and uphold brand standards.
• Process enquiries via CRM and manage bespoke orders.
