You will lead from the front, drive guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring revenue growth and adherence to quality standards in a picturesque Lake District setting.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in senior hotel management.
• Boutique or independent hotel experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership and people management.
