Hotel Indigo Coventry, operated by Castlebridge Hospitality, invites applications for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the department and deliver exceptional dining experiences within Coventry’s boutique hotel. You will guide the F&B team, recruit and develop staff, and drive service excellence across our open-concept kitchen concepts.

The role requires fast-paced hospitality experience, strong leadership, and a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.
• Strong eye for detail and customer service.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and late finishes.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for the F&B department.
• Lead and guide the F&B team to deliver high quality experiences.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, food quality, service and merchandising.
• Ensure department achieves sales and profitability.
