Job summary

Martin Veasey Talent Solutions is seeking a Bottling & Supply Planning Manager for a Speyside distillery in Moray. You will own bottling planning and dry goods procurement, scheduling runs, coordinating with third‑party bottling halls, and ensuring packaging components arrive together.

The role requires experience in bottling or production planning in spirits, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to adapt plans quickly. Office‑based, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of bottling or production planning in spirits or whisky.
• Confident with ERP systems and Excel.
• Experience with contract bottlers or manufacturers, buying packaging or dry goods, or using Epicor Tropos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own bottling planning from forecasts, monitor stock and depletions, build 3–4 month bottling plan and book runs.
• Procure dry goods against forecasts and manage supplier relationships for new products.
• Coordinate with design/packaging and third‑party bottling halls to ensure materials arrive together.
• Review yields and reconcile stock after each run and re‑plan quickly when priorities change.
