Zusammenfassung

Whiskey Cask Group seeks a General Manager – Scotch Whisky Projects & Business Development to lead commercially focused whisky projects and drive international expansion. You will manage client briefs, sourcing, bottling coordination and end-to-end delivery across global partners.

The role requires deep whisky industry knowledge, a strong network of distilleries and suppliers, plus hands-on leadership in complex projects, budgets and timelines. Flexible remote/hybrid arrangements are available.

Qualifikationen

• Direct experience within the Scotch whisky industry is essential.
• Establishing a network within bottling, distilling, whisky sourcing or independent bottling sectors is valuable.
• Experience managing private-label, bespoke bottling or exclusive whisky projects is preferred.
• Strong commercial and business development capabilities are required.
• Proven project management and supplier coordination experience is essential.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with private clients, corporate customers and international partners.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and commercial projects.
• Develop proposals, pricing and project budgets.
• Manage client relationships from enquiry to delivery and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate whisky sourcing, bottling, packaging and logistics for client projects.
• Ensure budgets, timelines and profitability of multiple projects.
