Thistle Rose Recruitment is partnering with a family-owned spirits business to recruit a Bottling and Procurement Manager. This Speyside-based role focuses on production planning, scheduling, and coordinating materials across whisky and rum brands, with office work and occasional site visits.

You will forecast, plan bottling campaigns, and coordinate spirit, packaging, and capacity to meet demand. Strong Excel and ERP experience, plus supplier negotiation, are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Build short, medium and long-term production plans.
• Book capacity and agree schedules with bottling partners.
• Coordinate spirit, bottles, labels, closures and packaging ahead of production.
• Adjust plans as demand, stock availability or supplier lead times change.
• Keep production instructions and ERP records accurate.
• Review stock, material usage and production yields after bottling.
• Plan material requirements for new product launches.
• Work with suppliers on purchasing, pricing and delivery dates.
• Spot potential delays early and implement practical solutions.
