Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Bottling & Supply Planning Manager to own bottling planning and dry goods procurement from its Speyside distillery. You will schedule core ranges, fit single cask bottlings for overseas markets, and collaborate with design teams on packaging.

You will drive bottling plans from forecasts, monitor stock, book runs with third-party halls, and ensure timely delivery of spirit, glass, closures, and labels. Strong communication and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on production or bottling planning experience.
• Experience with bottling/production in spirits preferred.
• Comfort with ERP systems and Excel for planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage bottling plan three to four months ahead from forecasts.
• Coordinate with bottling halls, issue instructions via ERP, ensure packaging arrives together.
• Oversee dry goods procurement, forecast-driven purchasing, and supplier liaison.
