The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Ambassador to join our Boots Cardiff team. Your main mission will be to achieve sales targets by delivering a unique & remarkable shopper experience every time, anticipating the shoppers’ needs and meeting their expectations. As a Brand Ambassador, you are required to increase Puig brands’ awareness, build shoppers’ loyalty, respect counter rules & processes, and be a consistent team player.

• Generate sell-out, while achieving line and sales target.
• Achieve other quantitative business objectives such as UPT, ATV, CRM conversion, VMS, ranking by brand, and market share.
• Implement cross-selling among all categories to support brand awareness and sell-out.
• Represent Puig brands by communicating values and philosophy through all activities and interactions.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database to build relationships and support future sales.
• Offer a unique customer experience by embracing Puig counter and selling protocols.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints, seeking assistance when necessary.
• Acquire knowledge to enable effective storytelling.
• Use clienteling techniques and tools to connect with customers.
