You will be passionate about Make-up, Skincare, and Fragrance while delivering exceptional service. Even if you don’t have experience managing teams or within the beauty industry, we will give you the tools you need to succeed at Lancôme!

You are a real people person, loving meeting new people and taking them on a personal journey to make them feel amazing. Our teams are passionate about cross-category selling, sharing key benefits and features of our products, such as our Number Advanced Genifique Serum!

Meeting and greeting prospective customers in-store, having skin consultations, demonstrating empathy, and sharing expertise and product knowledge that could change their lives.

You will lead by example, proactively approaching customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide an exceptional customer experience. Sharing your knowledge and educating customers with empathy, enhancing their in-store experience with our Beauty Tech for personalized skin recommendations.

You will aim to provide exceptional service and achieve your retail targets and strategic goals.

You will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and want to contribute to your team and business by offering ideas to help strengthen them.

Your induction will include regular training with our Education Team, Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers. You will have access to modules across Retail Skills, Make-up, Fragrance, and Skin Care. Additionally, a full training induction will be held at our head office in Hammersmith, London.

You will be eligible to receive a Lancôme Rose of Excellence and attend the Golden Rose taskforce at Head Office.

You will attend quarterly team trainings to learn about new launches, skin application techniques, and explore new products!
