Tapestry Regional Brand Ambassador - South UK

Primary Purpose: The Regional Brand Ambassador (RBA) represents Tapestry and its brands (Coach & Kate Spade New York) and is responsible for overseeing a small regional department store network in the South of the UK. The RBA will be primarily based in John Lewis & Partners Cribbs Causeway and travelling to locations in the South, including Cheltenham, Cardiff, Oxford, Southampton & Reading.

The RBA reports to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador (SRBA) for UK & Ireland, and provides feedback, leads by example and ensures Tapestry values and business priorities are demonstrated on the shopfloor. It is their responsibility to ensure customers have a seamless experience, however and whenever they choose to shop. The RBA drives sales initiatives, implements and leads on best practice, and motivates and educates Brand Ambassadors in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyse store targets to ensure they are met and exceeded, compiling and presenting action plans and new initiatives to SRBA.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and department store teams to drive brand awareness and customer retention.
  • Drive ideas for clientelling & events, and support with co-hosting in-store events.
  • Ensure all stores within the region are educated on the brands and deliver brand training to increase product knowledge.
  • Implement VM directives within the region to ensure all locations are showcasing new season product.
  • Ensure daily product deliveries and replenishment are managed efficiently.
  • Complete trade reports in a timely manner and ensure effective communication within the region.
  • Coordinate with the SRBA to schedule adequate floor coverage for all locations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the retail environment and a minimum of 2 years retail experience.
  • Ability to travel within the South of the UK.
  • Understanding of working within a department store.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to strategize to help develop their business.
  • A passionate team player with the ability to work well with others.
