Job summary

Additional Resources is seeking two Bookkeepers to join a growing accountancy practice serving individuals and businesses across diverse sectors. The role supports a varied client portfolio with day-to-day bookkeeping and related accounting activities, with one full-time and one part-time position available.

The full-time role offers a salary range of £24,780 - £30,000, with pro-rata salary for part-time. Based in Ipswich or Felixstowe, the role includes pension, parking and development

Qualifications

• Broad bookkeeping experience is required.
• VAT return preparation experience (Training can be provided).
• Experience using Xero is required.
• Previous accountancy practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare VAT returns and assist with client projects.
• Support the accounts team on various client and internal projects.
• Occasionally attend client premises as required.
• Complete bookkeeping using accounting software.
• Progress toward managing a portfolio of regular bookkeeping clients with support from colleagues.
