Up to £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

A busy and growing architectural project management practice is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their Bermondsey-based team. The ideal candidate is intelligent, proactive, and highly detail-oriented, with strong experience using Xero. This role also involves office management responsibilities.

The Role:

This position supports both financial and administrative functions within the studio. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records with Xero, managing invoices and expenses, supporting month-end processes, overseeing supplies, coordinating events, managing post and couriers, and ensuring smooth daily operations for guests and team members.

Must Haves:

  • At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience or relevant qualification with practical exposure
  • Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Calm, efficient, and confident in managing competing priorities
