Harvey John is recruiting a Bookkeeper for a well run chartered accountancy firm in Brighton, East Sussex. You will focus on bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts work, advising clients on implementing cloud-based software and serving as the main contact for queries.

The company offers hybrid and flexible working, a competitive salary (£30,000–£36,000 per annum), a supportive environment and scope to develop professionally within a growing practice.

Competenze

• Solid experience of bookkeeping/management accounts/VAT gained in a UK accountancy practice environment.
• A really good working knowledge of Xero
• AAT qualification would be great, but not essential
• The ability to work closely with clients, identifying their needs and finding solutions
• Live within commuting distance of Brighton
