Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience.
• Experience using Xero and QuickBooks; knowledge of other accounting software is useful.
• Experience with VAT and CIS.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to look for ways to improve processes.
• Confidence communicating directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients.

• Ensure clients' financial information is accurate, up to date and useful.
• Review bookkeeping records and identify areas for improvement.

Looking for a bookkeeping role where you're more than just a number?

We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a friendly and collaborative team in Swindon. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with a portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted part of their businesses rather than simply processing figures from behind the scenes.
