Stratstone JLR Reading is seeking a Business-Dev focused Bookings Advisor to handle service bookings, MOTs and aftersales needs. You will listen to customers, recommend suitable products, and manage calls with a focus on delivering excellent service and profitability.

You will be a confident communicator building trust and rapport, with automotive knowledge preferred. The role involves using MS Office and CRM systems, adhering to policies, and contributing to customer loyalty and brand advocacy.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of automotive industry.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish rapport with customers.
• Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages; database experience desirable.
• Able to adhere to company and manufacturer policies and protocols.
• Passionate about the automotive industry and the people who work in it.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other aftersales bookings.
• Build authentic relationships and strong rapport with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Be a product expert, knowledgeable about Stratstone JLR Reading products and services and represent the brand with pride.
• Conduct follow-up calls related to divisional marketing campaigns.
• Ensure databases and systems stay up to date according to protocols.
