You will oversee the Boning Hall, drive continuous improvement, mentor operatives, coordinate production to meet client specs and audits, and partner with QA to uphold standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in meat processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and SOPs.
• Track record of improving operational efficiencies and eliminating waste.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations within the Boning Hall and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of Boning Hall Operatives.
• Coordinate production activities to meet client specifications, quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage resources to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Drive continuous improvement using production metrics and audits.
