Job summary

Greenjets Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking a BoM Controller to maintain accurate Bills of Materials across the product portfolio. You will coordinate the ECR/ECO workflow and ensure data remains aligned with CAD models and drawings, using 3DEXPERIENCE rather than Excel exports.

You will work closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement and Quality to manage configurations, revisions and supporting documentation, driving data quality and timely updates across the business.

Qualifications

• Expert in 3DEXPERIENCE and BOM management.
• Experience with complex assemblies and product data control.
• Ability to coordinate ECR/ECO workflows and maintain traceability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BoM accuracy across products, ensuring correct part numbers and quantities.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Requests and Orders from initiation to completion.
• Keep CAD models, drawings and part metadata synchronized with BoMs.
• Support configuration management and maintain revision histories.
• Communicate BoM changes and dates across Engineering, Procurement, Production and Quality.
• Manage documentation in PLM/ERP with clear ownership and traceability.
• Identify data quality improvements to streamline workflows.
• Provide BoM status updates and change reports for leadership.
• Promote 3DEXPERIENCE usage to reduce spreadsheet exports.
