Slim Chickens Bridgend is hiring Back of House Team Members to join a fast-paced kitchen in Bridgend. You’ll prepare menu items to a high standard, maintain cleanliness, and follow strict food safety guidelines in a collaborative setting.

• Handle kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, ensuring every dish meets our high standards

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential!
