Slim Chickens Ashford is seeking Back of House Team Members to join our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prepare and cook menu items to high standards, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and support the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation, and ensuring the freshness of ingredients
• Working as part of a team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time
• Handling kitchen equipment safely and reporting any maintenance needs
• Supporting the kitchen team with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment where everyone thrives
