Slim Chickens Trafford Centre is hiring Back of House Team Members to support food preparation, cooking, kitchen cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be part of a friendly BRG team delivering quality food and guest satisfaction.

• Prepare and cook menu items to high standards.

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, ensuring every dish meets our high standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation, and ensuring the freshness of ingredients
