Citygate Automotive Ltd is seeking a skilled Bodyshop VDA to estimate customer retail vehicles and convert to bookings, driving profitability and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes leading the Bodyshop team, ensuring processes run smoothly and targets are met.

You will oversee estimating standards, KPI achievement, and warranty claim processing while fostering development plans for team members. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a VDA or Vehicle Estimator
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Strong teamworking skills
• Strong organisational ability

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bodyshop team in line with Citygate Experience and Brand Values
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Bodyshop reception and targets
• Review and improve Bodyshop processes to boost satisfaction and profitability
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with colleagues
• Achieve estimating standards and KPIs
• SMART estimating within the service department
• Upsell where appropriate
• Manage and develop team members, training plans and progress
• Provide advice and sign-off on key issues
• Oversee paint warranty claims processing in line with manufacturer requirements
• Plan and manage resource requirements and collaborate with other teams
