Job summary

Holt Automotive in Warrington is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Quality Controller to join our busy site. You will conduct staged QC and ensure repairs meet required standards, working Monday to Friday.

The role requires previous bodyshop experience and a proactive approach to quality, with strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and a commitment to high standards. Permanent, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a busy bodyshop environment.
• Ability to work to high standards with up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and in a supervisory-capable role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all jobs are completed correctly and final quality checks follow standards.
• Perform staged QC, inspecting every repair stage.
• Maintain a defects register and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Experience in a busy bodyshop as a productive is essential.
• Possess or have held a quality control or supervisory role and maintain high workmanship.
