Job summary

Perfect Placement is partnering with a reputable bodyshop in Hammersmith, London to recruit a skilled Prepper / Polisher. The role focuses on preparing vehicles for painting through masking and finishing to high industry standards, with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with 28 days holiday including bank holidays. A supportive team environment and clear opportunities for career development are offered in this permanent position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Prepper / Polisher within a bodyshop environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Own tools and transport preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrable commitment to high standards and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Prepper / Polisher to join our client's reputable bodyshop in Hammersmith, London.

The Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by masking and masking removal, polishing and finishing vehicles to industry standards, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality. The Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher role involves maintaining a clean and safe working environment, supporting additional bodyshop tasks as required, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
