Job summary

Command Recruitment in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Panel Beater for a permanent PAYE role with day and back shifts. You will repair lightly damaged vehicles to manufacturers' specs in a new state-of-the-art bodyshop using modern equipment.

Day shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 am–2:30 pm; Back-shift: Mon-Thu 3:00 pm–1:00 am, Fri 3:00 pm–7:00 pm. Pay up to £19.07 per hour with a salary around £41,500 plus a 10% bonus up to £45,575 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Panel Beater in a busy body shop.
• Strong team player with self-motivation.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Repair lightly damaged vehicles to manufacturers' specifications.
• Use modern equipment in a new state-of-the-art body shop.
• Work as part of a team to a high standard.

Highly competitive Pay Range Dependant on Experience.

Day shift hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (40 hours a week).

Back-shift hours: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1 AM; Friday, 3:00 PM - 7 PM.

Pay up to £19.07 per hour.

£41,500 (dependent on experience and shift) plus a 10% bonus, up to £45,575.

We are looking to recruit talented and efficient Panel Beaters to join this new leading team. You will be repairing lightly damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a NEW state of the art body shop, utilizing modern equipment and techniques. All cars are under 5 years old and from Auction sites, no heavy damage or major insurance work, etc.

About You:

• Have previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a busy body shop, and be a strong team player with self-motivation.
• You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
• PERMANENT PAYE, Holidays and Pension.
