Group 1 Automotive is seeking a MET Bodyshop Technician at Mercedes-Benz Norwich to prepare vehicles to a high standard and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines. You will maintain product knowledge, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold neat housekeeping and administration.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles to a high standard.
• Advising the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work needed.
• Working in a team to complete large jobs and assist colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintaining high customer service levels to drive loyalty and referrals.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and orderly administration of work.
