Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.
- Thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Preparing vehicles to a high standard.
- Advising the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work needed.
- Working in a team to complete large jobs and assist colleagues to meet deadlines.
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
- Maintaining high customer service levels to drive loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping and orderly administration of work.
