The role requires extensive bodyshop leadership experience, strong people-management skills, and a track record in accident repair operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in bodyshop management and strong leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and drive performance.
• Experience within the accident repair industry and insurance claim processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site team of technicians and administrative staff.
• Manage site operations including Health and Safety, performance and financials.
• Recruitment and delivery against KPIs with the senior management team.
• Ensure CSI and KPI targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead by example and drive a positive work ethic.
