Job summary

Catering in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead a busy site and drive service quality and profitability. You will manage workshop operations, quality control and daily meetings with team leaders, parts and reception staff to ensure on-time repairs and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a £60,000 salary with a strong bonus potential, Monday to Friday, and benefits including pension and health programs. Permanent vacancy based in Cardiff.

Qualifications

• A strong leader who will lead their team to produce a result in terms of customer service, efficiency, and profit.
• Understanding of modern repair processes and techniques, with an eye for driving sales opportunities and strong interpersonal skills.

Our client, a large busy Bodyshop/Accident Repair Centre in Cardiff area currently looking for an experienced manager to run their highly successful site.

You be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing their team to deliver a quality repair – on time, every time.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Bodyshop Manager role:
