Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee a large automotive accident repair centre. You will lead a sizeable team, drive operational efficiency and profitability, and implement strict processes.

Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and professional Bodyshop Manager to oversee a large automotive accident repair centre in Cardiff. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated Bodyshop Manager seeking to lead and develop a successful bodyshop operation.

• Competitive starting salary up to £60,000 per annum, based on management experience
• Performance-related bonus scheme with an OTE of £86,400
• 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the bodyshop, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability
• Lead and develop a large team, including productive staff and front-of-house/customer service personnel
• Implement and maintain strict processes for team management, workflow, and customer service standards
• Monitor and improve profit margins through effective resource planning and cost control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business and performance targets
• Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of repair quality and service
• Manage training and development programmes for staff to support continuous improvement
