Stoneacre Motor Group is recruiting a Bodyshop Administrator to support busy bodyshop operations, delivering accurate admin documents and exceptional customer service.
You will handle centralised inbox workload, insurance claims, booking estimates and repair appointments, while coordinating with Bodyshop Managers, receptionists and Parts to keep customers informed and satisfied. This role is based in a fast-growing UK motor group.

An average day as a Bodyshop Administrator includes prioritising workload from centralised email inbox: You will work efficiently and effectively alongside the Bodyshop Managers, receptionists and Parts department. Qualifying and processing customer insurance claims. Booking estimate appointments and repair appointments. Maintain a professional manner at all times. Communicate
effectively, in person, by telephone or email to deliver premium customer advice and satisfaction at all times. Building rapport with internal sites / staff and external customers. Dealing with own customer claims and keep customers up to date' daily.
