Boarding House Parents work 40 hours per week over 39 weeks per year, collaborating with House Leads, supporting induction, supervision, and the weekly programme of activities to promote

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance with National Minimum Standards for Boarding Schools and safeguarding procedures.
• Follow fire safety and health & safety procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with induction of new boarders and after-term returns.
• Supervise daily routines, support boarders' homework and organisation of school work.
• Monitor boarders' wellbeing, social life, and healthy living conditions.
• Support laundry, catering, and accommodation checks; manage registers and ICT use as guided.
