You will own delivery strategy, drive operational performance and profitability across a multi-project portfolio, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex CAT A/B schemes for occupier and landlord clients.

• Experience leading Design & Build and workplace fit-out projects.
• Delivery of projects from £5m to £40m+ with complex stakeholders.
• Strong ability to drive profitability, performance and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
• Assume full P&L responsibility for delivery performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategy aligned to objectives.
• Drive margins and project performance across the division.
• Ensure exceptional client delivery and satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to Project Directors and commercial teams.
• Ensure safety, programme, and budget adherence.
• Establish KPIs and reporting processes.
• Support bid submissions and work-winning activities.
• Engage with clients, landlords and consultants as key contact.
• Drive risk management and governance across the portfolio.
