We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised Marketing Executive to join our team at Stadium MK.
Your primary objective will be to drive matchday attendance at Stadium MK. This is a varied, hands‑on role working across MK Dons and the wider Stadium MK Group, supporting campaigns that drive ticket sales, memberships, retail, hospitality, events and fan engagement.

You'll have previous experience in a marketing role and be comfortable working across multiple campaigns and channels.
You’ll need:
Experience within football, sport, entertainment, venues or live events would be an advantage, as would experience with CRM and email platforms, Meta or Google advertising, ticketing systems and basic design or content creation tools.
You’ll proactive, creative and full of ideas, but equally comfortable getting into the detail and making sure campaigns actually happen.
You enjoy working collaboratively, can build relationships across different departments and are comfortable balancing planned campaigns with changing priorities.
You’ll also understand that working in football can be fast-moving. Fixtures, results, announcements and commercial opportunities can change priorities quickly, so being adaptable and remaining calm under pressure are important.
Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to create marketing that connects supporters with the Club, drives attendance and contributes to the continued growth of MK Dons and the wider Stadium MK Group.
The role requires flexibility and availability to work matchdays and events, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
For the right person, being there when campaigns come to life and seeing supporters respond to your work is one of the best parts of the job.
