Sytner Tamworth BMW is seeking an exceptional New BMW Sales Performance Manager to lead and develop our high-performing sales team. You will focus on improving customer journey, driving volume and profitability, while maintaining the premium standards BMW and Sytner demand.

You will work with an experienced leadership team to deliver outstanding results, influence the customer experience and continually raise performance with data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading prestige/BMW sales teams.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and performance management.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the New BMW Sales team to consistently perform at a high level.
• Drive new car volume, profitability, finance, retention and manufacturer performance objectives.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience and uphold BMW/Sytner standards in every interaction.
• Use data to identify opportunities, improve conversion and raise performance levels.
• Develop Sales Executives through regular coaching and measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Retailer leadership to maximize Tamworth results.
• Ensure strong control of enquiry management, order bank and sales processes.
• Bring energy and new ideas to the department and challenge the status quo.
