Qualifications

• Technical qualifications relevant to Building Management Systems, controls engineering, or building services.
• HNC/HND or Degree in an engineering, building services or related discipline.
• Manufacturer-specific BMS training or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Building Management System (BMS) Subject Matter Expert for operational teams.
• Support planned and reactive maintenance ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and resolve BMS-related risks, issues and incidents across the estate.
• Review supplier maintenance reports and performance data for quality and governance.
• Support asset lifecycle planning and capital investment in BMS.
• Drive energy optimisation and support sustainability programmes via BMS technologies.
