Job summary

Wolviston Management Services Ltd is recruiting a BMS Support Engineer for a prestigious static site in Berkshire. You will maintain, support and optimise Building Management Systems, carry out planned maintenance, diagnose faults and provide high-quality customer service to site stakeholders.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills, experience with Trend and IQ Vision, a full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently on a single site with occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience within Building Management Systems (BMS/BEMS).
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across building control systems.
• Good understanding of mechanical plant and building services.
• Experience with Trend and IQ Vision systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on Building Management Systems in line with customer service agreements.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues to maximise system performance and reliability.
• Complete minor repairs, modifications and remedial works.
• Conduct routine inspections of BMS equipment and controls.
• Respond to service calls and provide technical support during system failures and breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and customer interactions.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
• Build strong working relationships with on-site stakeholders and end users.
