Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to cover the South of England. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on building management systems, diagnose faults, configure controllers, and support lifecycle projects.

You will work independently and with a team to ensure customer systems operate reliably, with a focus on safety and high service standards. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in BMS, Building Controls or Automation.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-facing service experience.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and participate in a callout rota.
• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (desirable).
• Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys systems (advantageous).

Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join our team. This mobile role covers the South of England and offers the opportunity to work across a diverse customer base while developing your career with a global leader in smart building technology. As a BMS Service Engineer, you'll provide expert service support, ensuring customer systems operate efficiently and reliably. You'll work independently and as part of a wider team to deliver maintenance, fault resolution and system improvements.
