Job summary

Unify is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join our team in Wales. You will provide service, maintenance and support across the built environment, working with end customers and facilities management partners to ensure Building Management Systems operate efficiently.

You will report on site visits, build strong client relationships, and deliver small projects and remedial works, including quoting.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS systems (Trend, Siemens, Schneider) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive maintenance approach.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear reports and recommendations after site visits.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Deliver small projects and remedial works, including quotes.
• Support colleagues and participate in engineer call-out rota.
• Ensure health, safety and IMS standards compliance.
