Job summary

Nordomatic UK LTD is looking for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join the team covering the Midlands. You will test, calibrate and operate BMS products, including sensors, valves and dampers, ensuring smooth operation of systems.

The role involves fault finding, panel testing, and implementing controller changes, with a focus on energy efficiency and reliability across client sites. A strong background in Trend BMS controllers is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BMS Service Engineer is preferred.
• Experience with Trend BMS controllers is essential.
• Strong fault-finding and testing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Test, calibrate and operate BMS products and sensors.
• Operate and test control panels including power circuits.
• Fault finding, diagnosis and repair of panels and actuators.
• Implement control panel modifications and controller changes.
• Carry out condition surveys of plant and controls.
• Produce maintenance and survey reports.

• Testing, calibration and operation of BMS products and associated control elements such as sensors, valves, dampers etc
• Operate and test control panels including power circuits
• Fault finding, diagnosis and repair of control panels, instrumentation, actuators, BMS DDC controls and in some cases plant and services
• Responsible for control panel modifications and controller changes
• Carrying out condition surveys of plant and controls
• Producing maintenance and survey reports
