Job summary

Crucial People Ltd is hiring a BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer to manage PPM and reactive service for HVAC plants across Scotland, with occasional travel further afield. You’ll own visits end to end, plan PPMs, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes to leave sites running better than you found them.

You’ll gain structured training, with manufacturer courses and certifications, and you’ll work closely with FM clients and site teams, taking pride in delivering robust commissioning work

Qualifications

• PPM and reactive service on BMS controlled HVAC plant.
• Fault finding and optimisation to cut energy use and alarms.
• Minor repairs and small remedials.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning responsibility on smaller service-led extra works and supporting the project's delivery team with commissioning tasks when required.
• Clear service reports and practical recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with projects on upgrades when required.
