Job summary

Alecto Recruitment is partnering with a leading independent specialist in the building management systems industry to recruit a BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer. The role covers the Leeds & Yorkshire region with no additional travel, supporting both service and commissioning works.

The candidate should be passionate about BMS, skilled in fault finding and repairs, with commissioning experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Passionate about the BMS sector.
• Experience finding and diagnosing faults.
• Experience completing repairs through to service and maintenance.
• Experience commissioning BMS systems.
• Writing software is an advantage.
• Knowledge/experience with Trend systems.
• Experience with Tridium, Delta, Schneider is a plus.
• Experience with communication protocols BACnet and Modbus is desirable.
• HVAC plant experience/knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Support on a range of BMS projects across service and commissioning.
• Commissioning projects and ensuring successful handover.
• Build strong relationships with customers and clients.

The company is a credible and established company with a well structured team enabling this position to only cover the Leeds & Yorkshire region with no further travel required.

They have a superb senior management team of previous engineers and provide a superb working environment on superb projects.

Due to their continued growth, they are recruiting for an Building management systems Service & Commissioning Engineer.

Role

• Supporting on a range of Building management systems (BMS) Projects across both service and commissioning works
• Commissioning projects
• Building strong relationships with customers and clients

Requirements

• We are seeking an engineer who is passionate about the BMS Sector
• Experienced in finding and diagnosing faults
• Experienced completing repairs through to service and maintenance
• Ideally you will have experience commissioning BMS Systems
• Experienced writing software would be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience working on Trend systems
• Other system experience would be an advantage; Tridium, Delta, Schneider
• Experienced with communication protocols - BACnet, Modbus
• HVAC Plant experience / knowledge

Salary and Benefits

• £55,000 - £60,000
