Qualifications

• Experience in the building controls sector, keen to progress into commissioning.
• Experience in service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs within BMS/BEMS.
• Installation experience / small works experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the commissioning and programming of BMS control systems (Trend, Tridium, Distech).
• Support the existing BMS team across London-based projects.
• Contribute to fault finding and timely repairs during commissioning.

Due to continued development and growth, they are looking to hire an Assistant BMS Commissioning Engineer.

The Position:

Working across London, this position will be supporting the existing building management system (BMS) team for the commissioning of systems such as: Trend, Tridium and Distech control systems. Assisting in the programming and commissioning of control systems.

Requirements:

• We are seeking a passionate individual within the building controls sector who is keen to progress further into Commissioning.
• You will have experience working within the BMS / BEMS sector and have skills around service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs.
• Installation experience / small works experience.
• Strong understanding of protocols such as: KNX, BacNet, MBus, Modbus.
• HVAC integration experience and experience of Valves, AHUS's and working within Plant Rooms.
