Job summary

Expleo Group in Hitchin is seeking an enthusiastic Application & Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role suits someone with early-career experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA or control systems who wants to develop their expertise in a customer-facing technical position.

You will work with experienced engineers and international teams, receive mentoring and training, and contribute to technical support, commissioning, training, and pre-sales activities while

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in control systems or related engineering field.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) or SCADA is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via telephone, remote access and site visits.
• Deliver user training and technical workshops to customers and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, integration and implementation activities.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Participate in technical consultancy activities during customer projects.
• Support the sales function through technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to test and validate software releases.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development.
