Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Manager to lead BMS engineering across the region, guiding service activity and project execution. You will act as the technical escalation point, ensuring robust, compliant solutions for customers.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership over engineering challenges, collaborating with project, service and commercial teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong commissioning and fault-finding knowledge.
• Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical plant.
• Previous senior engineering or technical management experience.
• Experience with Trend or comparable BMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to regional BMS engineering teams.
• Support engineers with complex commissioning, service and fault-finding issues.
• Review technical designs, control strategies and specifications.
• Attend customer sites when senior technical support is required.
• Assist with project and service escalations.
• Ensure technical standards are maintained.
• Identify recurring technical issues and implement improvements.
• Support training and development of engineers.
• Work alongside project, service and commercial teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
