Job summary

VerifyUs is seeking a Building Management Controls Project Manager to lead projects across the UK and Ireland, leveraging BMS experience to transition from a service engineering background into services management.

The role encompasses sales handover, CAD design, panel build, electrical installation, commissioning and completion, coordinating with design and build teams to deliver multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Services industry in a technical or client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Experience with BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar.
• Full clean driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from sales handover through CAD design, panel build, electrical install, commissioning and completion.
• Coordinate with panel design/build teams and commissioning to deliver multiple concurrent projects.
