Base Location: Flexible across South West England & Wales. We offer a flexible approach to work, and this role is no exception.

Salary: £40,000 - £61,000 + car/allowance + performance-related bonus + benefits supporting your finances, wellbeing, and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | flexible options available

We are expanding our BMS Projects team and seek a BMS Project Engineer to work across South West England. We value innovative thinkers who can contribute to building a more sustainable future for communities and families.

You will

• Schedule, plan, forecast, and manage technical activities from project conception to completion across various sectors including Commercial, Data Centres, and Healthcare.
• Understand and adhere to contract conditions and requirements.
• Manage project labor requirements and guide contractors accordingly.
• Monitor and record project progress and deliverables in line with the project schedule.

You have

• Extensive experience as a Project Engineer in BMS & Controls industries, with knowledge of Siemens, Trend, or Tridium systems.
• A proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and objectives.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills to maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
• Experience in managing and motivating teams, setting objectives, and inspiring success.
• A valid driving license due to travel requirements.
