About the Role

Base Location: Flexible across South West England & Wales. We offer a flexible approach to work, and this role is no exception.

Salary: £40,000 - £61,000 + car/allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits supporting your finances, wellbeing, and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | options available

We are expanding our BMS Projects team and seek a BMS Project Engineer to work across the SW. We want innovative, skilled individuals to help us create a more sustainable world for you, your family, and your community.

You will

• Schedule, plan, forecast, and manage all technical activities from project conception to completion across multiple projects in sectors like Commercial, Data Centres, and Healthcare.
• Understand and be aware of contract conditions and requirements.
• Manage project labour requirements and guide contractors appropriately.
• Monitor and record project progress and deliverables according to the project schedule.

You have

• Extensive experience as a Project Engineer in BMS & Controls industries, with technical knowledge of Siemens, Trend, or Tridium systems.
• A proven track record of successful project management, delivering objectives on budget.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills to maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
• Experience in managing and motivating teams, setting objectives, and inspiring success.
• A valid driving license, due to frequent site travel.
