Job summary

Learnd is seeking a BMS Project Sales Manager to drive sales across the Southeast and Kent regions. You will lead the sales lifecycle from prospecting through project handover, engaging with clients and partners to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong relationship-building, communication, and commercial acumen, with experience on BMS systems such as Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric or Tridium. A permanent position offering a rewarding environment is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on BMS projects and project delivery.
• Customer-facing with confident engagement at all levels.
• Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Tridium BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Oversee full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project handover.
• Manage commercial aspects during the sales phase.
• Engage with clients via site visits, technical meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and Operations to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
